Over 100 years ago, John
McQuillan began quarrying limestone at Colinwell, so
named because of the large natural spring well which
rises at the site on the slopes of Colin Mountain near
Belfast.
Since then our Company, which is now owned and managed
by Phelim and Donal McQuillan, has progressed from being
a quarrying and aggregate processing company to a
walling product manufacturer.
Today, Colinwell Architectural Masonry, Martello Stone
Walling, Facing Brick, Allan Block Retaining Wall
and Landscape Walling Systems can be seen in use
throughout Ireland and Great Britain.
